Frank can match the potential for a property with the needs of a client or selling market – that means showing you what a property can be in addition to what it already is, and showing you how to get top dollar when it's time to sell. He does this by leveraging the latest technology, combined with decades of real estate experience as an investor, developer, and as a licensed Realtor.
To that end, Frank has more than 40 years of real estate experience selling, purchasing, designing, constructing and remodeling properties. He began his real estate career in 1978 as a private investor specializing in rehabilitating distressed homes. He has a strong background in project management, as well as hands on experience developing and managing both renovation and new construction projects. Over the years he has become where he developed hands-on experience planning and performing electrical, plumbing, flooring and carpentry work. Through this experience, Frank provides a unique perspective to his clients who are either selling or purchasing a home in that Frank knows how to build, stage and sell homes from the ground up and from the inside out – and this is the experience he can share with his clients.

Initially after first receiving his real estate license, Frank went to work in the mortgage industry as a loan officer working with new and existing homeowners and investors. When the market shifted in 2008, Frank found that most of his clients needed real estate solutions to a variety of complications ranging from foreclosures caused by life changing events, to short sale negotiations with banks. To better serve his clients, Frank still maintains both his real estate and mortgage origination licenses.

Frank’s goal is to make sure that you’re delighted with your real estate experience. He does this by first making sure he thoroughly understands your goals and desires, then proceeds to use the latest state of the art real estate technologies and information resources to provide you solid counsel to help you achieve them.

Prior to launching full time into real estate and financial services, Frank held executive sales and marketing positions with AT&T, Verizon Business, Audiovox, Motorola and Gorton Advertising and Design. His responsibilities ranged from managing large government voice and data networks to developing, launching and managing national advertising campaigns.

Frank is originally from Lakewood, Ohio. His family moved to Orange County in May of 1966 when Irvine was a ranch, and cattle and orange groves dominated the county’s landscape. He attended Servite High School where he lettered in football and track; then studied business and information systems at Fullerton College and the University of Phoenix. Frank is the proud father of five children and twelve grandchildren. When Frank is not working, he enjoys singing in his church choir, spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren.
